Where do we ship to?

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland and Portugal. Within Spain we ship to Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands.

Return of items

The items offered in our stores are endorsed by Grendene. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on Retail Trade Management amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19, 2002).

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, i.e. unused. The return shipping costs to our warehouse are only covered in the case of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part. They are not covered in case of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, fit, etc.) or choice of an incorrect size when ordering, cases in which must be borne by the customer. The amount of the return ONLY INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE GOODS. The shipping costs generated, either from our warehouse to the customer, if any, as the return by the customer to our warehouse, WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, unbroken and in perfect condition. Any item that is not received in these conditions will not be refunded. In case of receiving defective merchandise and to be able to manage its incidence, we kindly ask you to send us photographs where the defect is appreciable to our email web@grupotcc.es.
