The sizes you see on our website are European sizes. As we indicate in it, we recommend that you choose one size more than the one you usually use in any type of footwear.
Please note that the measurements available in the size guide, for some of the brands, correspond to the entire insole of the sole.
If you are already familiar with our product, you can take as a reference the size you usually wear.
We would like to let you know that we can advise you and tell you in your doubts about the sizes, but the return costs are not covered in case of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, fit, etc.) or choice of an incorrect size when ordering.

For any of the Canary Islands and Europe, 10 working days, except in cases of force majeure. Stepalia is not responsible for import taxes or local costs incurred in destinations with specific customs regimes.
Returns
The right of withdrawal can be exercised up to 14 days after receiving the order, by sending an email to the following address: contacto@stepalia.com.
From that moment, there is a period of 14 days to send us the items to be returned to the address:

Return of articles
The articles offered in our shops are guaranteed by Grendene. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19, 2002).
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, i.e. unused. The return shipping costs to our warehouse are only covered in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part. They are not covered in case of dissatisfaction with the product (subjective assessments such as comfort, fit, etc.) or choosing the wrong size when ordering, in which case the customer must bear these costs. The amount of the return ONLY INCLUDES THE VALUE OF THE GOODS. The shipping costs generated, whether from our warehouse to the customer, if any, and the return by the customer to our warehouse, WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
It is advisable that you return your order using a registered delivery system or similar, so that, in the event of an incident, the return shipment can be traced. We are not responsible for the services contracted by customers to carry out such returns.

Once the goods have been received, and after checking the condition of the same, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the method of payment made by the client. For new sizes or products, you will have to place a new order.
We do not know this information. You will have to check the price and transit to destination with the company you choose to return the goods.
As we indicate in the process, we recommend that the return is made by certified system or similar for your safety. If the shipment has any incident, you will have to claim it to Correos or the company you choose. We are not responsible for return shipments made by customers.
Send us a visible photograph of the defect and contact our customer service team at contacto@stepalia.com for assessment and wait for instructions.
You must return the product to the address provided in the return process. For new sizes or products you will have to place a new order.
